Summary
O’Hagan & McQueen are Real Estate advisors based in the luxurious Queenstown resort. Their goal is to build longstanding relationships with clients making sure the buying and selling journey is always an enjoyable one.
The brief for this project was to create a sophisticated brand that would reflect the upmarket properties they represent. The new brand however, was restricted by guidelines set by the major Real Estate agency which O&M contract under. To challenge was to create a brand that would set O’Hagan & McQueen apart in a fiercely competitive industry but also adhere to the agency’s brand guidelines.
By maintaining the same typefaces and applying the monotone colour palette opposed to the bright blue, we were able to keep to the guidelines but also make O&M stand out as independent agents. A focus on minimalistic layouts and high-quality imagery constructs a sophisticated aesthetic to draw in an affluent target audience.
Collateral created for O’Hagan & McQueen include, property proposals, DL flyers, social media templates and a one-page website to link clients to latest listings.
